Diana (Di) supports the business development endeavors of the firm. Additionally, Di assists clients with compliance and strategic business matters. Prior to joining Vista360, Di worked for Holt-Smith & Yates Advisors, a registered investment adviser, where she was responsible for the development and maintenance of the compliance program. Some of her additional responsibilities included serving as the secretary for the Brokerage Committee and ensuring composites adhered to the Global Investment Performance (GIPS®) presentation standards. Di was a member of the National Society of Compliance Professionals and the Southern Wisconsin Operations Group, a group consisting of investment advisory and fund administrative, operations and compliance professionals. Di also worked for Firstar Investment Research and Management Company (“FIRMCO”), the investment advisory subsidiary of Firstar Bank, where she was responsible for the development and maintenance of the firm’s performance measurement database and marketing materials for FIRMCO-managed mutual and private funds. Di has over 25 years of progressive business experience in the investment industry.
