Caroline assists clients with compliance and strategic matters. Prior to joining Vista360, Caroline served as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Ziegler Capital Management, LLC, North Track Funds, Inc. and Ziegler Exchange Traded Trust. In her role, Caroline supervised North Track’s service providers including internal fund accounting and administration functions and external transfer agency, securities lending and custody relationships. In addition, Caroline coordinated the launch of the Ziegler Exchange Traded Trust and managed all service provider relationships associated with the product. Caroline also oversaw daily fund operations and reported to the Board of Directors and Trustees of the funds and the President of the adviser. Caroline was a member of the corporate Risk Control Monitoring Group and the Wealth Management Quality Improvement Committee.

Caroline began her career at U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC as a Compliance Administrator where she was responsible for ensuring clients’ compliance with both SEC and IRS regulations while maintaining investment objectives. In this role she also prepared mutual fund financial statements and related regulatory filings, coordinated annual audits and tax return preparation, and prepared board materials.

Caroline earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin.
