On May 25, 2010, the SEC posted Staff Responses to Questions about Money Market Fund Reform. The questions had been posed to the Division of Investment Management following the SEC’s adoption of rules governing money market mutual funds in February 2010. The SEC plans to update this list of responses to questions periodically as additional questions are posed.
