The SEC has finalized amendments to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Securities Act of 1933. The amendments clarify the flexibility in selecting the language in, and the formatting of, the Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy Materials (“Notice”) sent to shareholders. The amendments, effective March 29, 2010, also permit mutual funds to include the Notice with a summary prospectus.
